Aidaelena Valdes is a native of Puerto Rico with immigrant parents from Cuba and Honduras. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Florida International University and went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law in 2016.
Ms. Valdes is admitted to the Florida Bar in addition has been admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She has several years of experience in Creditor's Rights, representing major financial institutions. Her legal practice also includes work in Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning, providing her with a well-rounded perspective across multiple areas of law.
With the Holland Law Group, Ms. Valdes focuses on assisting clients with Debt Defense. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is able to serve a diverse client base and is committed to delivering effective, client-centered legal representation with empathy, professionalism and integrity.
