Bankruptcy Pro Se Assistance Clinic

11/16/2022:  Elyssa Harvey Tenenblatt volunteers for the Middle District of Florida's Bankruptcy Pro Se Assistance Clinic. This clinic offers guidance from attorneys for people that cannot afford an attorney, which may result in taking cases pro bono. Elyssa has been with Holland Law Group since October 2019. She is a rising star at the Firm, and we encourage our attorneys to give back to our community.

Keep Manatee Beautiful

12/03/2022:  Employees, Jeffrey Harthroorn, Elyssa Harvey Tenenblatt, Melodee Shaffer, and Brian Cornacchione attended the Keep Manatee Beautiful event at Jiggs Landing on December 3, 2022, and spent the day cleaning up debris around the park. We think it's important to give back to the community and to keep Manatee County a beautiful place.

Tom Bennett Park Estuary Restoration

02/25/2023: Holland Law teamed up with the Sarasota Bay Estuary Program and the Manatee County Parks division to plant almost 6,000 native plants and grasses in Tom Bennett Park. This ambitious project was done over 4 hours and relied on volunteers of all ages from around Tampa Bay. At Holland Law Group, we defend Floridians as your partner - in law and serve our communities and friends, and neighbors. 

OCBA Law Day 5k

03/28/2023: On March 28th, 2023, Holland Law Group teamed up with the Orange County Bar Association for their annual “Law Day 5k”.  Attorney Marcus Steverson and Paralegal Stefanie Guzman out of Holland Law Groups Orlando office came and gave their all for a great cause. Here at Holland Law, we believe in giving back to our communities and the myriad of exceptional organizations that make up the legal industry in Florida.

MOTE Marine "Run for the Turtles 5k"

04/01/2023: On April 1st, 2023, Holland Law Group teamed up with the MOTE Marine for their 37th annual “Run for the Turtles.” MOTE Marine is an independent, nonprofit marine research institution comprised of world-class marine scientists committed to the belief that conservation and sustainable use of our oceans begins with research and education. Office manager Ashley Lamm, Attorney Edward Richards, and Staff members Melodee Shaffer and Krissy Taylor came out bright and early to beautiful Anna Maria Island to run for a great Florida institution and cause. 

Lakewood Ranch "Tribute to Heroes Parade"

Holland Law Group participated in the Lakewood Ranch (LWR) “Tribute to Heroes” Parade over the Memorial Day weekend to support a local community and return to those who gave their all for our freedom. Families gathered with vendors and a full band down Main Street, Lakewood Ranch, for a beautiful night block party and parade.

 

The 2023 LWR Tribute to Heroes Parade was a huge success. Proceeds from this event were donated to 2 beneficiaries, VFW Post 12055 & Del Webb AVMS, and they were also able to contribute to the Denis V Cooper Foundation - Wishes for Heroes, LWR Wind Ensemble, LWRHS Band Boosters, Hernando DeSoto Historical Society, Sammys Run, and LWR CERT.

We are honored to be able to attend these events that give so much back to the communities they serve!

 

 

 

Hurricane Eddie's Beach Clean Up

At Holland Law Group, we understand the importance of environmental stewardship and giving back to the community. For the month of June, Attorney Tony Perez, along with his son, Attorney Kristina Gonzalez, Head Paralegal Cherie Thomas, and our Creative Director Michael Tenenblatt volunteered for the Hurricane Eddies beach Clean up along the Dunedin Causeway in Pinellas County, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, support our local ecosystem, and make a tangible difference.

We love any opportunity to give back to the vitality and beauty of our local neighborhood communities that they give us.
