Claudia L. Gross was born in Lima, Peru and moved to Miami, FL in 2001. Before pursuing a career in law, she attended Florida International University and obtained a B.S. in Criminal Justice while working at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office. She graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and received the Dean's Certificate of Achievement for her work as a fellow in the Innocence Clinic.
As a member of the Texas Bar, she worked as a Social Security Disability attorney in a high-volume law firm and practiced bankruptcy in a supervising attorney capacity in the Western District of Texas, routinely discharging debt while protecting clients' assets.
With the Holland Law Group, Claudia provides assistance with Debt Defense and Bankruptcy in the South Florida counties of Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe. Claudia is also fluent in Spanish.
Claudia is a member of the Florida Bar, Texas Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
