Courtney B. Weisholtz, Esq. is a native of the Chicagoland area and has resided in Florida for over 25 years. Courtney has been a member of the Florida bar since 2001 and is admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Southern District of Florida. She has more than two decades of professional experience in civil and securities litigations, specializing in family law, collections, foreclosure, and insurance subrogation. Courtney has several years' experience with complex litigation, e-discovery and support services for class actions.
Courtney received a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University.
