David Holland grew up in the Hanover, Littlestown and Gettysburg area of Pennsylvania and moved to Sarasota in 1997. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 2005 and a Master's in Business Administration from Stetson University in 2008. He graduated from Stetson University College of Law in the summer of 2009.
He is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice federal law in the Middle District of Florida. He has practiced in the areas of Bankruptcy, Debt Defense and Criminal Defense. He is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and Manatee County Bar Association. He has extensive courtroom experience in both counties and has taken over 30 cases to trial.
