Rotceh Sotomayor is originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, and relocated to Florida in 2013. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida in 2018 with a B.A. in Political Science and earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2021.
During law school, she assisted community members in family and guardianship matters and served as a judicial law clerk. Her fluency in both English and Spanish allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients and communicate with clarity and compassion.
Rotceh is admitted to practice in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Before joining Holland Law Group, she practiced first-party property insurance litigation, representing individuals seeking compensation for property damage claims. She now focuses on debt defense litigation and is committed to helping consumers regain control of their finances.
