Ryan Singleton is a native of Portsmouth, Rhode Island but he is a long-time resident of St. Petersburg.  He attended Eckerd College and graduated law school from Stetson University College of Law in 2005.  After his second year of general practice, the housing market recession of that era developed and Ryan managed a high volume of bankruptcy cases. Since that time, Ryan has exclusively practiced in the realm of bankruptcy, debt settlement and consumer rights.

 Ryan has extensive bankruptcy experience, as he has represented varying types of clients.  His clients consisted of individual consumers in Chapter 7 and 13 cases, corporate debtors in Chapter 7 cases and Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, creditors in Chapter 7, 11 & 13 cases and he has also represented Trustees in Chapter 7 cases. Ryan Singleton is board-certified as Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney by the American Board of Certification.
