Susan Sparks is an Associate Attorney who provides clients with strategic legal guidance in bankruptcy and consumer debt defense matters. She earned her Juris Doctor in 1994 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and holds bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and English Literature from California State University, Sacramento.
Prior to law school, Susan worked in California for a nationwide insurance company, where she handled environmental remediation matters. For more than 30 years, she has practiced as both a civil consumer and creditor attorney, with extensive experience in foreclosure, consumer protection cases, and bankruptcy proceedings. Susan is deeply committed to helping consumers understand their rights and make informed decisions about their financial options.
